Walk Along the Grayland Beach

A visit to the Olympic National Park is always worthwhile. We had been to the Hoh Rain Forest with our sons in August 2009! It is only a short, pretty trail with giant trees, draping Spanish mosses, and the impressive Hoh river. On this visit, the mountains were covered with snow. Beautiful!

In the evening, we went out for dinner at a local restaurant, the North Cove Bar. We had a window seat and were surprised by a beautiful sunset over Shoalwater Bay. It felt weird to sit in a restaurant again after more than a year! However, we were still masked up and were still physically distancing ourselves!
