Yes, I Do, A Dress for Every Dream

The exhibition “Yes, I Do: 250 Years Wedding Dresses” at the Frisian Museum in Leeuwarden gives a lovely display highlighting wedding dresses from various social classes and evolving trends.

One of the exhibition’s highlights is Queen Maxima’s wedding dress, designed by Valentino Garavani. Dutch fashion designer Frank Govers created my favorite, which is not a white but a colorful dress.

Additionally, the exhibition featured an affordable wedding dress from Zeeman, a Dutch brand known for its budget-friendly fashion. This elegant white dress was priced at just 29.99 euros back in 2016, showing the audience you can be a beautiful bride without spending a fortune.
