Hikes, History, and a Huge Sigh of Relief

Our stay in Hot Springs was fantastic, thanks to our exceptional location in the Historic District. Being a short walk from Bathhouse Row and the West Mountain trailhead made us look forward to morning hikes, especially with such beautiful weather.
On a more personal note, I managed to fit in a visit with a local dermatologist to have a mole checked. Since you can never be too careful, I was relieved to learn it was nothing to worry about. It was just my body doing its own preventive work and shedding it naturally. To be honest, the diagnosis took a huge weight off my shoulders.

And Another Week Flew By

Next to its location, the Airbnb itself was a perfect fit for us. The spacious, charming 100-year-old house was filled with thoughtful details that made us feel right at home. After such a positive experience, this was one of those stays where I wished I could have stayed just a bit longer. However, another Airbnb was waiting for us in Ellington, MO. So, after one final stroll, packing, and getting Hemmes settled, we drove off again. This time, in addition to thanking the Airbnb, I gave thanks for the good news about my health.
