From Amsterdam to 's Hertogenbosch
The Pilgrim’s Path 7-1 from Amsterdam to ‘s-Hertogenbosch is a 12-stage (We split it into ten stages) long-distance hiking trail that winds through the picturesque countryside of the Netherlands. The path starts at Amsterdam Central Station and follows a route through a varied Dutch landscape with stunning scenery and diverse natural features, including polders, meadows, forests, and dunes. It also offers a rich cultural experience, with many interesting medieval towns and villages.
We completed this trail in ten stages instead of twelve in two months. Each leg has been both challenging and rewarding. During those hikes, I became aware of my feelings that I sincerely adore my homey little country on this giant blue planet we call Earth – The Netherlands! It may be tiny, but it’s packed with beauty and charm that will always touch me.
